Hiking and descent of Cávado river by Kayak / Stand Up Paddle

It is an event that transports the participant to a pleasant sensory adventure.
The activity starts with the crossing of Rio da Proriver to Gemeses, where a 5 km walk to Perelhal begins. After the snack break, provided by Proriver, the descent will be 6 km long, starting at 11:15 am, finishing at Barca do Lago, Fonte Boa. The descent will take place in K2 or Stand Up Paddle boats.
Registration can be made on this website. After registering, you must pay the Registration Fee (see point “Participation / Registration Fee“).
Program
9:00am – Concentration of participants at the Proriver Park – Fonte Boa
9:30am- Crossing by Barge (Proriver- Gemeses)/ Start of walk
11:00am – Snack break
11:15am- Beginning of the descent of the river
12:45pm- End of the activity
Participation / Registration Fee
Entries will be limited to a maximum number of 80 participants.
The registration in the walk and descent by KAYAK of Cávado river will cost 20 euros per person.

The inscription to the hike and descent in STAND UP PADDLE of the Cávado river will cost 25 euros per person.

Security
Security is an essential factor for PRORIVER in the fulfillment of any event, as follows:
- During the Down the Cávado River Activity the use of a Life Jacket is mandatory;
- Several boats from the organisation will provide support and accompany the descent.
Payment and Registration Fees
Upon registration, the participant will appear on a List of Subscribers, however, participation only becomes effective after paying the Registration Fee.
