1. SCOPE OF PARTICIPATION

It is an event that transports the participant to a pleasant sensory adventure along the Cávado River in Stand Up Paddle.

2. DESCRIPTION

Down the Cávado River Activity will be 6km long, starting at 4:00 pm in Perelhal, Barcelos, and ending at Proriver, Fonte Boa. Down the River Activity will be carried out on Stand Up Paddle boards

At the end of the activity, all participants will have the option of having dinner at Proriver for an added value.

3. Registration

Registration can be made on this website. After registering, you must pay the Registration Fee (see point 7)

4. PROGRAM JULY 10 - 4:00 pm

16:00 – Opening of the secretariat and concentration of participants – Parque Proriver – Fonte Boa
16:30 – Departure from Proriver – Fonte Boa
17:00 – Arrival in Perelhal
17:30 – Start of the activity

7:30 pm – End of activity at Proriver / Start of Barbecue

5. PARTICIPATION / REGISTRATION FEE

The registration Down the Cávado River Activity has a cost of €20.00 per person + €5.00 for barbecue (Optional).

Registration includes:

  • Stand Up Paddle + Life Jacket + paddle
  • Insurance;
  • Participant transport;
  • Material transport;
  • Tshirt.

For those who have their equipment, the cost is €10.00 per person + €5.00 for barbecue (Optional)

Registration will be limited to a maximum number of 30 participants.

6. SECURITY

Security is an essential factor for PRORIVER in the fulfillment of any event, as follows:

During the Down the Cávado River Activity the use of a Life Jacket is mandatory;

Several organization vessels will support and accompany the activity;

There will be several Security Forces and First Aid vessels for immediate action in case of need;

All measures recommended by the DGS will be complied with.

7. PAYMENT OF THE REGISTRATION FEE

Upon registration, the participant will appear on a List of Participants, however, participation only becomes effective after paying the Registration Fee.
