1. SCOPE OF PARTICIPATION

It is an event that transports the participant to a pleasant adventure along the Lima River. Its main objective is to involve the participant in nature combined with the practice of water sports.

2. DESCRIPTION

This activity will be 8km long, starting at 10 am in Ponte da Barca and ending at 1 pm in Gandra de São Martinho. The descent will be carried out in K2 boats (two-person boats).

3. Registration

Registration can be made on this website. After registering, you must pay the Registration Fee (see point 7).

4. PROGRAM JULY 30 - SATURDAY AT 10:00 am

9:00 am – Concentration of Participants

9:30 am – Departure from Esposende

10:00 am – Beginning of the descent – Ponte da Barca

1:00 pm – End of the Descent – Gandra de São Martinho

5. PARTICIPATION / REGISTRATION FEE

Registration for the Kayak Descent of the Lima River costs €30.00 per person.

Registration includes:

Kayak + life jacket + paddle;
Insurance;
Technical T-shirt;
Transport.


Entries will be limited to a maximum number of 50 participants.

Proriver Actividades Turísticas reserves the right to cancel or change the date of the activity if the necessary conditions for the activity are not met (weather or other conditions that interfere with the activity).

6. SECURITY

Security is an essential factor for PRORIVER in the fulfillment of any event, as follows:

  • During the descent of the Lima River, the use of a Life Vest is mandatory;
  • Several of the organization’s vessels will support and accompany the Descent;

7. PAYMENT OF THE REGISTRATION FEE

Upon registration, the participant will appear on a List of Subscribers, however, participation only becomes effective after paying the Registration Fee.
